How You Can Help:
Each case affects us all. Legal precedents may be set regarding things like whether standard farm practices are ruled to be cruel, and whether law enforcement are allowed to get away with circumventing the law and depriving people of due process . . . and their property.
Whether innocent or guilty, everyone deserves due process and a chance to have their case heard in court BEFORE their property is permanently taken away, surgically devalued or destroyed.
We are always in need of funds, professional and lay experts, affidavits and information from people familiar with the people and cases we are working on, assistance establishing customary and appropriate animal care practices, and help with research and information. We are working on setting up a fund through a non-profit organization, but for now you may use the information below to contribute directly to the Bailey case, or contact us via our contact form or email to inquire about contributing to other cases or to a general fund.

We would also like to hear from anyone else who has had similar experiences with KHS or other animal law enforcement agencies. Please contact the Justice4PNW team to share your story if you had animals confiscated without due process--especially if you were not charged, had charges dropped, or were found innocent; and either did not get your animals back or had to pay to get them back.
